United are delighted to announce the signing of former Rangers trialist Scott Sally.
The 23 year old striker put pen to paper yesterday and becomes United’s first signing of the summer transfer window.
We caught up with Scott this afternoon.
“I’m looking forward to getting started, Bo’ness are obviously a big club and I’m looking forward to playing in a winning team, scoring goals and challenging for trophies”
“We’ve got to be winning the Scottish Cup and league this year and I’d love to finish the season of as top goal scorer!”
Sally started his career at Airdrie before moving to Albion Rovers under the management of former Linlithgow Rose manager Todd Lumsden.
The young striker has recently played for Irvine Meadow and Petershill before joining relegated super league side Fauldhouse United during the 2016/17 season.
“I played about 20 games for Fauldhouse and scored around 11”
We would like to wish Scott a warm welcome to Newtown Park and look forward to seeing what he has to offer this season.
