Bo’ness United narrowly lost out to near neighbours Linlithgow in an exiting derby match that could have went either way. The BUs enjoyed most of the play but with the razor sharp front pairing of Brian Carrigan and Gordon Herd, the Rose were always a threat when they got forward.
