Bo’ness
United were unfortunate
not to win all the
points in a game where
they enjoyed most of the
possession and
completely dominated the
second half.
The BU's
looked to have had a
good penalty claim
turned down after thirty
minutes when Scott Brown
appeared to be blocked
in the Kinnoull box but
the referee though
otherwise waving play
on. Kinnoull missed a
couple of good chances
but the BU's looked the
better side in the first
half
After the
turnaround Bo’ness
mounted attack after
attack on the Kinnoull
goal but they were
unable to get the ball
in the net. Their best
effort came with a Kevin
Donnelly shot that hit
the bar but the Kinnoull
goal remained intact.
Bo’ness will be
disappointed not to win
the victory that would
have seen them move
into second place at
the top of the East
Region Premier League.
