Citylink Scottish Junior Cup
Bo’ness United versus Linlithgow Rose
With the expectation of a
very large crowd at the game on Saturday 1st
December a meeting was held with officials
of Bo’ness United, Linlithgow Rose, the
Scottish and East Region Junior Football
Associations and Central Scotland Police to
discuss how to ensure the safety and
wellbeing of all spectators who attend on
the day and the following arrangements have
been agreed and will be put in place.
Bo’ness United Supporters will
access the ground through the
East Gate Turnstiles
situated on Linlithgow Road with
no access being allowed to the West
Terracing.
Linlithgow Rose Supporters will
access the ground through the
West Gate Turnstiles situated adjacent to
the gates to Kinneil School on Jamieson
Avenue, there will be no access
to the North Enclosure and Terracing or the
East Terracing.
There will be no access for
any spectators around the Stand from the
East or West Terracing.
Persons under the age of 18
years will only be allowed access to the
ground if accompanied by an appropriate and
responsible adult.
No alcohol or bottles or cans
will be allowed to be brought into the
ground.
Security personnel and police
will be in place at the turnstiles and
outside and inside the ground.
There will be
NO
re-admittance to the ground for anyone
leaving before the end of the game.
At the end of the game
spectators will be required to exit through
the gates through which they entered.
Although these arrangements
may inconvenience regular attendees to
Newtown Park, it is hoped that they will be
seen as necessary to help everyone have an
enjoyable and safe day.
Prior to the Kick Off both
teams will show their support to the SHOW
